Administrative Aide


Alvord-Taylor Independent Living Services is looking for a warm, organized, flexible administrative aide volunteer.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Covering the bustling front reception desk during business hours
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Greeting people who come to the office
  • Assisting with projects, as desired, such as: filing, updating and creating procedural instructions for agency positions
Volunteers in this position will be asked to schedule 5-15 hours a week. Volunteers will receive training and support from office staff. Internships in this position can be made available, please contact us for more information. Due to the nature of our work, all staff and volunteers must successfully complete a background check.
 

Development Aide


We are currently seeking individuals to assist the Development Coordinator in a hands-on capacity. Volunteers and Interns would have the opportunity to help with planning, publicity, foundation research, events, and community outreach. Writing and editing for our newsletter as well as contributing to our web-site are possible opportunities.
